Made in plant deisgned for making furniture grade Particle Boards & not Filler grade Particle Boards . The properties required for a good quality filler Particle Boards is different from furniture grade Particle Boards.

LITTLEMAN'S FILLER PARTICLE BOARD

Our Boards are made using MODIFIED UF RESIN which does not loose its bonding strength after re-heating for up to 30 minutes as most door making processes involve re-heating of the Board.

OTHER PARTICLE BOARD

Most other Particle Boards available in the market are made using UF Resin which can only sustain re-heating for 2 to 3 minutes after which the bonding strength of the resin is heavily affected.

LITTLEMAN'S FILLER PARTICLE BOARD

The surface of our Filler Grade Particle Boards is made to absorb excess stem generated at the glue line (During heating process) on both sides of the Boards at a very fast rate to avoid air pockets even when the doors are made at very high temperature for fast production.

OTHER PARTICLE BOARD

The surface of boards made in plants for making furniture grade Particle Boards is non porus and will not absorb steam from the glue line at the required speed which will result in formation of Pockets on Door Surface. Fast production at high temperature may not be possible using these Boards.

LITTLEMAN'S FILLER PARTICLE BOARD

We can supply small quantities like 140 boards of a particular thickness included in a combination of 5 different thicknesses to add up to truck load quantity of 17 tonnes. We can include as low as 100 boards for higher thickness from 32mm to 54mm.

Explaining the above point with an example: We can supply a truck of Filler Grade Particle Boards including 140 Boadrs of 21mm , 140 Boards of 29mm, 100 Boards of 32mm, 100 Boards of 34mm & 100 Boards of 44mm.

OTHER PARTICLE BOARD

Most manufacturers have very large quantities of MOQs for any particular thickness & there is hardly any plant in India which can supply higher thicknesses like 54mm.

Most manufacturers will not deliver such small quantities of so many different thicknesses.

Therefore we will be able to provide all your required boards on time round the year, no matter what the season is and what ever the demand in the market is. We can supply any urgent requirement of odd thickness in just one day.

OTHER PARTICLE BOARD

Filler grade Particle Boards are made during the spare time which the manufacturing units have from making furniture grade boards. When ever there is demand in furniture maket, the units will either delay or stop your supply.

LITTLEMAN'S FILLER PARTICLE BOARD

The density distribution across the surface layers and core layers are almost equal with the surface layer having less than 20% more density then the core layer. This results in final finished doors with very high dimentional stability.

OTHER PARTICLE BOARD

The density distribution across the surface layers and core layers has a very high difference with the surface layer having up to 50% more density then the core layer. This results in final finished doors with lower dimentional stability .
